Madurai jasmine flower prices reduced by half in the flower market.

Madurai: The price of Madurai jasmine flower fell by half in Madurai flower market today. Jasmine flower, which was sold up to Rs.3,500 till yesterday, is being sold for Rs.1,500 per kg today.

Due to Mugurtha days and special days, the price of flowers in Madurai has reached its peak for the past few days.

Jasmine flower, which was selling between Rs.2000 and Rs.3,500, has come down to Rs.1,000. The prices of other flowers have also come down after a steep rise.
